Thanks for stopping by! We love creating new things and would love to make something for you. We wanted to fill the niche of making customized products for an extremely fare price. We hope you take advantage of customizing orders through purchase notes and/or custom orders to make edits to designs to best fit your taste.
We believe in buying things you like, but we believe more in buying something meaningful. Whether it has your own favorite saying etched into it or your favorite teams colors to represent you, we are happy to make it happen.
All of our 3D printed items are completely customizable in color, size and personalization. We try to provide the best quality 3D printed items, which is why we always print in .2 mm with high infill percentages.
We are running many dual color machines with large printing beds to help meet all demands and custom orders. We truly have a passion for what 3D printing can do and a love for the customization it provides the consumer.

Interested in saving on shipping? Because many of our 3D objects are lightweight, we offer options to combine shipping and save you money. However, the combined shipping rules work better for small orders. If you are planning on placing a larger order (15+ items), contacting me ahead of time can help us find the best option for you to save on shipping.
**Because of the low price of our items, we do not include shipping insurance on most orders by default. If you would like shipping insurance, please contact us ahead of time for a custom order**

5 out of 5 starsI bought a full set of the hem guides in clear, which I recommend to everyone (You can see the fabric through it). They fit my machine perfectly. I have never used a hem guide before, so it was a bit awkward to get the fabric through the guide and under the foot together. Once I was ready, I began stitching and the fabric slid right through. It made a perfect hem with no trimming needed. I used cotton/Lycra which worked well. I think a non stretch fabric would work even easier. I fully recommend. Thank you!

1 out of 5 starsOnce installed the item makes a grinding noise and has to be forced to push up and down (which scares my son) . After informing the seller of the problem they were not willing to refund even though I was willing to pay to ship the item back. Buyer beware!

Frequently asked questions
What are reasons to receive a refund/replacement?
We protect buyers 100% from any fault of our own so you can shop with confidence.
If there is any fault of our own and not from shipping, then we will replace or refund the item.
Reasons include:
- wrong color sent.
- Wrong item sent.
- Was broken due to a fault of our own and not shipping.
You will need to send us pictures on the day it arrives for us to process the request. We will then work with you to replace the item. If a refund is demanded, then we will need to have the item shipped back to us and we will refund the item cost.
Always reach out to us first and we will help where possible. We have also been known to bend the policies depending on circumstances.

What makes you different or better than the rest?
We make everything custom here and take great care to make solid & tested products. We have engineering background to ensure items are well built and try to provide far better customizing services than the rest.
Our spinners are far better than the Chinese imported items, not with spin times as anything more than 1 minute is a novelty only, but with build quality so that they last longer and have some actual heft to them. We want your purchases to last and be worth the cost to you.
We love to make items more meaningful, so we make unique designs, allow personalizations of color or design, and custom builds to best suit your needs.

Why haven't you responded to my question?
We respond ASAP. Usually within the hour or less.
UNLESS it is Sunday. We shut down on Sundays, so please expect to receive answers on Monday if you send late night Saturday and anytime during Sunday.
We understand your time is important and you have questions you don't want to wait around for.
We also believe this is key to providing great service and are happy to answer questions and concerns, even without a purchase.
We are always very open, honest, and very thorough.
--Certain things we do not respond to:
- Inquiries for free items. As this is spam and a complete lack of understanding on how mom and pop shops work, we do not believe these should receive any consideration.
Do you offer Bulk order sales?
We of course offer this!
You will need to place a custom order request for the amount of items and which ones, and then we can begin discussing costs.
As everything is sold at cost, please note the prices will not vary much.

I want an item/design that is not shown here, can I still get it?
We do custom designs here frequently!
Many of the items we are offer come from custom designs requested.
We are currently working on and perfecting some items:
- Spiderman Spinner
- Triforce Spinner
- Flash Spinner
- Etc. :)
We do not post items until we are confident in the build design and have tested them with local testers to determine durability, functionality, and enjoyment.
Do you follow up on feedback?
We always, I MEAN ALWAYS, follow up on feedback. We take it very seriously and use it to enhance our items as much as possible for the buyers enjoyment.
Some feedback turned into action is:
- Extra caps with mini spinners (did not raise prices)
- Caps in general :) (we provide these free with items, we did not raise prices when we began adding them)
- Increased spin speeds (raised price by .50 cents due to some manual processes and materials used to perform this.)
- Provide frames as on option (reduced prices)
- Provide different bearings as an option (Hybrid bearings coming soon!)
Some feedback we have refused to follow:
- Please raise prices.
- Stop being so amazing!
- Don't make other shops look bad.
What are your spin times?
For Steel Bearings our spin times depend on design. (all numbers represent seconds)
- Batman will average 30-35 (you can get higher, but design slows it a bit due to weight distribution)
- Tri spinners will average 35-40 (excludes 'Large' Ninja Wave, this is much longer, 1 min+)
- Our speedy spinner design will average 45+ (this design also allows you to switch out bearings to whatever preference you have.)
Hybrids recently released, we are seeing 5-10 second increase in speeds out the gate.
**Fidget Spinners are recommended to spin 10-15 seconds max due to their purpose, anything higher will serve as a distraction and defeat the purpose. We raised spin times due to demand, but can lower them to 10-15 upon request.
I ordered it 3(4)(5)(6) Days ago and it still isn't here!
Always look at the processing time it takes to build an item and know that business days do not include weekends. Our items are guaranteed to ship out by at least the 6th business day. Plan for that and hope for it to ship sooner.
We want to be able to send everything off next day, but due to the tremendous demand there is for high quality fairly priced products, we are unable to have it ready the next day.
Please be patient with us as we work hard to send items out as fast as possible.
*Note: Shipping date is not receiving date. It takes time for USPS to deliver.
**If you have to have it by a specific date, please contact before ordering so we can tell you if we can make special accommodations.
How long will it take to get here?
Every order is custom built for you. That means no one has played with it or used it for nefarious reasons and it comes to your speficifications and not others'.
This also means it can take 3-6 'business' day processing time due to the building of the item, prepping, and shipping processes it goes through before being sent out.
Fortunately this is a guaranteed timeline and we have never missed the mark for shipping (even though some people have mistakenly thought we did).
Once it is out to ship, you will receive a notification and USPS says it should arrive in 2-5 days.
It can take a max of 12 days or as little as 4 depending on how everything goes. Always plan for 12, but hope for 4!
It says it has shipped, but it still shows 'awaiting to receive item'
This is an unfortunate situation you run into with high volume mailing.
We have spoken to our USPS services multiple times and the answer is:
"Due to the high volume we receive, not all items are scanned or shipping numbers typed in."
This means that you will have tracking sometimes and not at others.
***All bulk orders receive tracking due to the priority mail status they receive and the size of the item.
When you receive the shipping notification, have confidence that it has been shipped. Unfortunately we cannot control the tracking services.
